• No cash, card, crypto, or original-payment refunds are provided.
• If a refund/replacement is approved, compensation is provided ONLY as a MRG Market coupon/store credit.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or returned to the original payment method.

02 — Warranty

• Warranty periods are based on the product description at the time of purchase.
• Warranty claims must be submitted before the warranty expires.
• If 10% or more of the claimed accounts are working, the entire claim may be denied.
• Changing account information may void the warranty.
• Misuse, VPN issues, third-party changes, or expired warranties are not covered unless stated otherwise.

• MRG Market may refuse service or support if these Terms are violated.

05 — Support

• All warranty and order issues must be handled through official MRG Market Support.
• Proof of purchase and relevant evidence may be required.
